In this capacity he is involved in helping to make the Immigration process work smoother for attorneys and applicants, and works closely with the U.S.C.I.S. District Director and Immigration Department Supervisors in Southern California to bring to their attention issues that will help improve and expedite general procedures and individual problem cases.
